Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to run a remote, P&L–based business under our umbrella. You will leverage uncapped commissions, build referral partnerships, and serve all borrower types with a full range of loan products.

The role supports you with administrative, operational and compliance help from Corporate and offers opportunities to add LOs to your team or operate solo. Licensing and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
• Active NMLS/MLO license and knowledge of lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Develop and manage referral partnerships to drive loan volume.
• Add additional loan officers to the team or operate as an individual LO.
• Leverage administrative, operational, and compliance support provided by Corporate.
