Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC seeks entrepreneurial Loan Officers to run their own business remotely under our umbrella. You’ll operate on a P&L basis with uncapped commissions and access loan products for all borrower types.

Licensed in 28 states and supported by Corporate, you can add team members or go solo while enjoying administrative, operational and compliance support to help you hit targets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing 3–5 units per month or more.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a referral network to grow loan production.
• Run your business on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Operate as an individual LO or add team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations while maintaining high service standards.
