Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is offering a remote Loan Officer position that lets you run your own business on a P&L basis under our umbrella. Uncapped commissions and loan products for all borrower types ensure you can grow your practice from anywhere in the United States.

Licensed in 28 states and expanding, the role comes with administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate, helping you focus on building referral relationships and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and Financial Planners.
• Close mortgages and grow loan volume consistent with targets.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Collaborate with Corporate for administrative, operational and compliance support.
