Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking driven Loan Officers who can build a business largely through referrals. This role offers the flexibility to run remotely on a P&L basis, with uncapped commissions and support from a centralized corporate team.

You will target multiple borrower types across states, maintain a client database, and work toward closing 3–5 units per month while ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, and other partners.
• Manage your own loan production business on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Leverage Corporate administrative, operational, and compliance support to grow loan volumes.
