Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is offering an opportunity to run your own loan officer business remotely under our umbrella on a P&L basis. This role emphasizes uncapped commissions, loan products for all borrower types, and potential to add to your team or operate as an individual LO.

The successful candidate will have an active NMLS/MLO license, strong regulatory knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in developing referral partnerships while maintaining a client

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Manage a database of past clients for ongoing marketing and business development.
• Support loan origination activities to close loans efficiently.
• Operate remotely under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella on a P&L basis.
