Qualifications

• Must hold active MLO license in each state of operation.
• 5+ years of lending origination experience, preferably with builders.
• Working knowledge of Encompass or other LOS systems.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build builder and customer partnerships.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport with Risewell sales agents and division staff.
• Process loan applications and collect required information.
• Perform prequalification assessments per policy and regulations.
• Submit loans to processing and coordinate with processing center.
• Input loans into Encompass and AUS for underwriting decisions.
• Assist with processing, underwriting and closing issues.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, rates, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while servicing loans.
