Universal Lending Corporation is seeking a Loan Advisor in Austin, TX to guide homebuyers through the mortgage process and promote the full suite of loan products. You will build relationships with Risewell Homes buyers and sales teams, ensuring a smooth experience from application to closing.

Qualifications

• Active MLO license in each state where business is conducted.
• Minimum 5 years lending origination experience, preferably with builders.
• Working knowledge of Encompass or other LOS systems.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with Risewell sales agents and division personnel.
• Complete thorough loan applications and gather required documents.
• Perform prequalification assessments within policy and regulations.
• Submit loan packages and coordinate with processing center.
• Assist with processing, underwriting and closing issues.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, market conditions and competition.
• Ensure compliance on all loan files and pipeline.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in the sales cycle.
