Qualifikationen

• Must have an active state MLO license in each state where business is conducted or be willing to obtain licenses in WA, OR, CA, AZ, CO, FL and TX
• Minimum 5 years lending origination experience, preferably with builders
• Working knowledge of Encompass or other LOS systems
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to plan contingencies, anticipate problems, and identify risks
• Ability to negotiate to achieve positive outcomes
• Strong listening skills and ability to respond to customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain partnerships with builders and customers

Aufgaben

• Build rapport with Risewell sales agents and division personnel to educate on Universal Lending Corporation services
• Complete thorough loan applications by communicating with applicants and collecting required information
• Perform prequalification assessment within credit policies and regulations (FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.)
• Submit complete loan applications and coordinate with processing centers; input loans into Encompass and AUS (DU/LP)
• Assist with processing, underwriting, and closing issues within the loan pipeline
• Develop and maintain knowledge of financial markets, rates, vendors, and competition
• Maintain compliance on all loan files and pipelines; apply approved policies and procedures
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork; uphold high standards of integrity and service
