Job summary

Sage Home Loans, part of Red Ventures, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to guide clients through prequalification and the loan process. This remote role serves MO residents and collaborates with Operations and Processing to deliver a seamless experience from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, documenting loan progress, and maintaining a healthy pipeline with a focus on speed, accuracy, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage sales experience with proven performance.
• NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with hands-on product knowledge.
• Deep understanding of FHA, VA and Conventional mortgage products.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations, including RESPA and TILA.
• Excellent phone sales skills and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls discussing loan products, prequalification criteria and next steps.
• Communicate loan progress clearly to consumers and collect documentation.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business and strengthen retention.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet goals and timelines.
