Job summary

Gradient Mortgage Capital is hiring an ambitious Account Executive to develop and manage client relationships and drive new business growth. This remote role requires strong prospecting skills and the ability to exceed sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a personal book of business, promoting mortgage products, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve goals. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in mortgage sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in mortgage sales or financial services preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a personal book of business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote and sell mortgage programs within assigned territory.
• Conduct outbound prospecting for new opportunities.
• Present company products during client meetings.
