Job summary

Change Lending in Anaheim, CA is seeking an Account Executive Assistant to support their Account Executive with sales and the management of broker accounts.

You will meet with potential and current clients to understand lending needs, explain mortgage options, assist with applications, and ensure documents are accurate.

Maintain knowledge of market trends and build relations with customers, realtors, developers and builders to promote residential mortgage services.

• Assist clients with completion of mortgage applications, inspecting completed documents for accuracy and thoroughness
• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the local real estate market; current and predicted lending rates; and changes in rules, regulations, and best practices of various mortgages
• Develop and maintain contacts with customers, local realtors, developers, and builders to promote and encourage the use of bank services for residential mortgages
