Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Command Center Technician to oversee the health and operation of our global data center fleet. You will conduct structured remote rounds and monitor telemetry from BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and other sources to ensure uptime and safety across critical electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems.

This is a remote monitoring role with on-site presence during shifts, operating in a permanent night schedule on a 12.5-hour shift with a fixed two-week rotation, holidays, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, utilities, or industrial operations).
• Foundational technical knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Proven experience following and executing SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs in high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled remote rounds reviewing health of electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems to ensure 24/7 reliability.
• Provide continuous monitoring of data center infrastructure using BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and telemetry platforms.
• Monitor assets like UPS, generators, switchgear, PDUs, battery plant, chillers, CRAC/CRAH, cooling towers, pumps, and air handlers.
• Identify deviations and early-warning telemetry signals before events.
• Serve as first responder for infrastructure alarms and triage incidents per SOPs, MOPs, EOPs.
• Escalate incidents to on-site operations, engineering, and leadership per escalation matrices.
• Coordinate incident response across multiple sites to minimize production risk.
• Support on-site technicians and vendors during events and maintenance with proper documentation.
