Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Command Center Technician to serve as the front-line for our global data center fleet. In a 24/7 environment, you will monitor electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems, coordinate incidents, and drive rapid resolution to maximize uptime and safety across our infrastructure.

This remote monitoring role focuses on real-time telemetry, escalation per SOPs, and structured handovers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in mission-critical environments (data centers, utilities, or industrial operations).
• Foundational technical knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and operational dashboards.
• Experience in incident management, technical troubleshooting, and structured escalation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled remote rounds reviewing the health of electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems across the fleet to ensure 24/7 reliability.
• Provide continuous monitoring of global data center infrastructure using BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and telemetry platforms.
• Monitor critical assets including UPS, standby generators, fuel systems, switchgear, PDUs, battery plant, chillers, CRAHs/CRACs, cooling towers, pumps, air handlers, and fire suppression.
• Baseline normal operating conditions and identify deviations, drift, and early-warning signatures in telemetry.
• Serve as the first responder for infrastructure alarms, triaging incidents and initiating response actions per SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
