Stripe is seeking a results-driven professional to own scalable billing and onboarding processes, ensuring accurate handling of complex user agreements and new business operations. You will collaborate across legal, finance, sales ops, and engineering to deliver robust contract reviews and process improvements.

Responsibilities include onboarding customers into billing, maintaining auditable systems, and advocating for the customer while driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, or related roles.
• 3 years experience in: tracing process impacts from situation to end customers & business financial outcomes; payment industry; working with large data sets; SQL; project management or consulting; data modeling; influencing business decisions by creating presentations using PowerPoint; digital workflow design; dashboard design with Tableau; data visualization in tools like Hubble; forecast modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
• Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes for new and existing users.
• Onboard sold custom contracts into our billing systems.
• Work with legal contracts with attention to detail.
• Partner with internal teams to develop and improve contract review processes and anticipate changing requirements.
• Collaborate with account managers to resolve onboarding, billing, and collections inquiries.
• Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders.
• Share feedback to improve Stripe user experience and trigger system enhancements.
• Lead continuous process improvements to optimize operations.
