Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an Account Executive to drive molecular diagnostic specimen volume from a remote base with travel throughout the territory. The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 with total earnings of $170,000–$180,000 at target and uncapped upside.

Ideal candidates have a proven diagnostic sales background, an active book of business, and strong healthcare/lab industry relationships. Remote work with regional travel is expected to build a national footprint.

Qualifications

• 5 years of diagnostic sales experience.
• Molecular diagnostics experience.
• Active book of business with current specimens.
• Strong relationships in healthcare and lab industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing book of business to drive molecular diagnostic specimen volume.
• Develop new relationships with senior living operators, physicians, urologists, wound care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Present molecular diagnostic solutions and educate clients on testing capabilities and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Partner with Operations and Client Success to support onboarding and ongoing account needs.
• Maintain sales activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions within the CRM.
• Travel regionally as needed to meet with clients and support account growth.
