Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in model risk management, governance, or audit.

• Experience deploying AI model governance programs at a large enterprise.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Promote governance practices for AI policies and standards.
• Maintain inventory of AI/GenAI models with metadata and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity and regulatory requirements.
• Support model validation and testing activities with defined scope and recommendations.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams, risk, auditors, and external partners.
