Qualifications

• 4+ years in model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IM/DS or related field.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring, auditing principles.
• Understanding of privacy, security and AI governance standards.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of AI/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, and usage.
• Implement MRMG frameworks, processes, controls, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor model performance, governance controls, and KRIs; report issues.
• Support model validation and testing by defining scope and documenting findings.
• Engage in AI governance oversight activities including audits and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on governance and risk.
