Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring a Model Risk Advisor for a remote role across the United States. This role focuses on governance of AI and model risk, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory expectations, and driving improvements in governance processes.

You will promote responsible AI practices, maintain model inventories, and collaborate with risk, audit, and external partners to strengthen governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management and audits.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or a related field.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies and practices enterprise-wide.
• Maintain inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, impact, and usage.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance.
• Support model validation and testing; document findings and recommendations.
• Develop executive reporting on governance and risk.
• Collaborate with Risk, auditors, and suppliers to maintain governance docs.
