Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or a related field.
• Four years of work experience in AI Model governance, Model Risk Management, or Audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI Model governance standards.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Experience deploying AI Model governance across a large enterprise.
• Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies and practices.
• Maintain inventory of AI/ML models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, and business impact.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance; raise issues.
• Support model validation and testing; communicate recommendations.
• Participate in AI governance oversight activities and audits.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, risk, auditors, and suppliers to maintain governance docs.
• Monitor evolving regulatory expectations related to AI and model risk.
