Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Model Risk Advisor - Remote to promote AI governance, policies, and standards across the enterprise. You will partner with risk, audits, and data teams to strengthen controls and ensure responsible AI practices.

The role requires solid experience in model risk management, regulatory awareness, and the ability to communicate complex topics to executives. This is a remote, nationwide opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or related field.
• Four years of AI model governance, Model Risk Management, or audit experience.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Ability to author and communicate complex AI governance topics clearly.
• Experience deploying AI model governance across a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies and standards across the enterprise.
• Maintain inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership, risk ratings and metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, and business impact.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on governance, model risk and control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with risk, auditors, and external partners to address identified risks.
