The role focuses on maintaining model inventories, assessing risk, and refining governance frameworks in collaboration with Risk, Audit, and enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management, governance or audit.
• Experience deploying AI Model governance and risk programs.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Monitor model performance and governance controls with KRIs.
• Support model validation and testing activities and report findings.
• Participate in AI Model Governance oversight activities and audits.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and model risk.
