Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a remote Model Risk Advisor to promote governance, maintain AI model inventories, assess risk, and support validation efforts. The role collaborates across teams to ensure compliance with AI policies and regulatory expectations while driving improvements in governance processes.

Remote role across the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) with a focus on continuous improvement, governance oversight, and executive-level reporting on AI model risk and controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in model risk management or related practices.
• Experience in AI governance, model risk management, or audits.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of AI/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements and impact.
• Develop and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs and policy compliance.
• Support model validation, scope, results, and recommendations.
