Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Model Risk Advisor to promote governance of AI and models in a remote-capable role. You will establish model inventories, assess risks, support validations, and drive compliance with policies and regulatory expectations across the enterprise.

In this remote-first position, you will collaborate with Enterprise Risk, auditors, and internal teams to monitor KRIs, report executive insights, and help ensure responsible AI practices are embedded in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in model risk management, governance or audit.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or related field.
• Experience in AI governance, model risk programs, or audits.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of models with ownership, risk ratings & metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements & usage.
• Support model validation activities and communicate findings.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on governance & risk.
