Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Model Risk Advisor - Remote to promote AI governance, maintain model inventories, and assess risk across the enterprise. Qualifications

• 4+ years in Model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Mgmt/Data Science or related field.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring, privacy, security, and AI governance standards.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies and practices across the enterprise.
• Maintain inventory of statistical, ML, AI, and GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, and usage.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor model performance, governance controls, and KRIs; report issues.
• Support model validation and testing; document findings and recommendations.
• Participate in AI Model Governance oversight, audits, and reviews.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on governance and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain governance documentation.
• Monitor evolving regulatory expectations and adapt governance practices.
