Qualifications

• Crisis Intervention experience including suicide intervention and postvention.
• Knowledge of local community resources and services.
• Experience assisting people with addiction, depression, trauma, or poverty.
• Dependable transportation; valid driver’s license and driving record if transporting clients.
• Background in mental health services or related field preferred to support crisis work.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call mobile crisis response during Monday–Friday hours.
• Conduct in-person and phone follow-ups with crisis clients.
• Collaborate with community partners to coordinate follow-up services.
• Deliver patient-centered care with strong empathy and respect.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Remain available to clients by phone during work hours and provide referrals as needed.
