Job summary

Matrix Camps, Logistics & Aviation is hiring Camp Kitchen Attendants for rotational, site-based work at a remote mining camp near Winnemucca, Nevada. These positions support daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, food prep, and a safe, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and able to thrive in remote, fast-paced settings. Perks include a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation, camp housing, and ongoing assignments throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Food Safety / Food Handler certificate required.
• First Aid / Advanced First Aid certification required.
• MSHA certification required.
• Compliance with mine safety and health requirements (MSHA regulations, PPE, site rules).
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Reference and criminal record checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen operations in a remote camp.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation as directed by supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and site rules.
