Matrix is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for a rotational, site-based role at a remote mining camp in Winnemucca, NV. The position requires maintaining cleanliness across crew accommodations, washrooms, and common areas while following strict safety and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping and/or sanitation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Comfortable working in a remote camp environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light-to-moderate items.
• Willingness to work rotational schedules and complete onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize camp facilities to established standards (accommodations, washrooms, common areas).
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and restocking supplies.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces using approved products and methods.
• Maintain assigned rooms/areas and complete cleaning checklists as required.
• Support laundry/linen handling duties as assigned (sorting, washing, folding, restocking).
• Remove waste and ensure proper disposal practices.
