Qualifications

• Food Safety / Food Handler certificate (required).
• First Aid / Advanced First Aid certification (required).
• MSHA certification is required.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work rotational schedules in remote conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
• Dishwashing, cleaning, and dish room organization to support meal service.
• Assist with cold food preparation: chop vegetables, prepare salads, assemble sandwiches.
• Restock stations and organize storage; follow FIFO as directed by kitchen lead.
• Labeling, storage and waste management; adhere to safety protocols.
• Follow Matrix procedures and maintain a team-first, safety-first environment.
