Job summary

Matrix Camps, Logistics & Aviation is hiring entry level Camp Janitors for a mining camp near Winnemucca, NV. This rotational role (3 weeks on / 3 weeks off) focuses on keeping the camp sanitary and safe for all occupants while supporting daily cleaning and mine safety standards.

Candidates should have janitorial or related experience and be able to work effectively in a remote camp setting. MSHA certification and US work eligibility are required.

Up to $295/day Entry Level Camp Janitors - Mining - 21/21 Rotation - Winnemucca, NV

Matrix Camps, Logistics & Aviation is seeking Janitors for rotational, site-based work at a remote mining camp near Winnemucca, Nevada. These positions are ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean facilities and can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented camp environment. Successful candidates will ensure the camp remains sanitary and safe for all occupants, supporting both daily cleaning and compliance with mine safety standards.

What You’ll Need

• Prior janitorial, custodial, sanitation, or housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote camp environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning/sanitation standards
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light-to-moderate items as required
• Willingness to complete required onboarding, training, and site safety orientation
• Ability to work a rotational schedule (3 weeks on / 3 weeks off)
• MSHA certification is required
• Compliance with all mine safety and health requirements, including MSHA regulations (30 CFR)
• Reference and criminal record checks
• Some sites may require pre-access drug screening and/or fitness-for-duty clearance
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
