Job summary

Brunel is seeking an Account Manager - Mining to develop and grow strategic client partnerships across the mining sector. In this role, you'll work closely with recruitment, operations, and business leaders to deliver workforce solutions that help clients successfully execute their projects while expanding Brunel's market presence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Technical Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions.
• Experience supporting the mining, engineering, industrial, construction, energy, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success growing accounts, generating revenue, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and mine site visits.
• Experience working within a staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions organization.
• Knowledge of mining operations, project lifecycles, and workforce planning.
• Familiarity with contract staffing and project-based hiring models.
• Understanding of employment practices and workforce regulations in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing mining clients; act as trusted advisor; identify opportunities; primary contact for portfolio.
• Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities; expand relationships; drive revenue growth and contractor headcount; maintain sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Recruitment Partnership: Partner with recruiting teams; support candidate delivery; facilitate client-recruiter communication; monitor satisfaction; share market insights; suggest process improvements.
