You will create, review, and grade templates such as WARs, SITREPs, and AARs, and develop rubrics for federal-style reporting while collaborating with experts remotely to ensure consistency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Former U.S. Department of War (Department of Defense) professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience producing templated and standard reports such as WARs, SITREPs, After-Action Reviews, or similar artifacts.
• US-based contributor with familiarity with federal documentation standards and compliance best practices.
• Proven proficiency in written and verbal communication, particularly in conveying technical or operational subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic military and federal status reports, summaries, and executive updates based on prompts and supplied artifacts.
• Develop “golden responses” for AI model training with high-quality reporting.
• Draft grading rubrics and guidelines reflecting best practices in federal/military writing assessment.
• Evaluate AI-generated reports and provide detailed feedback in written and verbal form.
• Share context on stylistic differences and approaches to military documents (WARs, SITREPs, AARs, exec summaries).
• Produce supporting documents such as decision briefs, memoranda, and action officer updates when required.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure diversity of reporting styles and compliance with terminology.
