Job summary

Sound Seal Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest who will drive net-new revenue through aggressive prospecting and strategic account development.

You will focus on new business, specification capture, and early engagement on long-cycle industrial and architectural projects. You will own the regional territory (IL, OH, IN, KY, MI, MN, WI, IA, MO) and build a robust pipeline while collaborating across teams to support project progression.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality with proven prospecting and closing of net-new business.
• Experience influencing long-cycle projects at design phase.
• Deep knowledge of regional architectural and construction landscape.
• Mastery of CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP) with strong forecasting/data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new accounts and opportunities, focusing on market share expansion.
• Engage with architects, owners, and developers to secure design specifications.
• Maintain high-volume discovery calls, site visits, and meetings to build a 4X pipeline.
• Penetrate targeted verticals and establish relationships with GC, end-users, and firms.
• Host educational events (Lunch-and-Learns, CEU sessions) toposition solutions as industry standard.
• Collaborate with Estimators and PMs to support project progression.
