Job summary

Stryker in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive revenue, forecast growth, and expand market share across the region. You will lead a team, collaborate with field leaders, and ensure execution of sales processes and CRM use to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in medical device sales, 3+ years in leadership, and a Bachelor's in business or related field. This full-time role offers base salary with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• 6+ years of medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Experience in peripheral vascular space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; complete reports.
• Develop cohesive working partnerships with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and Account Managers.
• Demonstrate leadership across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance and HR.
