Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking Sales Account Managers to grow the Dairy market across the Midwest. You will own key dairy accounts, prospect new opportunities, and coordinate across technical, operations, and manufacturing teams to deliver solutions.

This remote role prefers Midwest-based candidates, with travel around 20–40%. Compensation is base salary plus bonus/commission, with room to advance in a global, values-driven packaging company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, packaging, engineering, or relevant work experience.
• 5-12 years of successful flexible packaging sales experience.
• Experience selling roll-stock, pouches, lidding films and other flexible film solutions.
• Experience working directly with mid-to-large CPG customers in the Dairy Market.
• Strong understanding of film/resin structures, printing & converting, packaging applications, and sustainability solutions.
• Ability to lead customer opportunities from initial conversation through commercialization by partnering across technical, operations, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
