Job summary

Samsara Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and support our Account Executives II for mid-sized Private Sector organizations. You will hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team while driving outbound strategies and managing multi-product, multi-decision-maker deals.

You will work remotely across the US Pacific/Mountain Time Zone, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape our sales processes and training content to achieve quarterly targets and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven leadership experience.
• Strong track record of coaching a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews.
• Hire and onboard new account executives; provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects.
• Create content for ongoing training and development.
• Support account executives through professional development plans.
• Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives.
• Promote Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, high-performing team.
