Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure service delivery exceeds client expectations. This is a remote role that can be staffed from any Voya location and involves leading cross-functional teams, managing capital plans and improving client satisfaction.

The role requires 6+ years in defined contribution client service, NASD/FINRA licensing, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% nationwide; remote work available within a territory.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and solid investment background
• Strong client management experience and skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Travel – 35–50% of time; nationwide locations
• Work from home in a location covering the designated territory
• Industry certifications and FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63 licensing required

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: meets with client stakeholders to build trust-based relationships, including executives, HR, benefits, brokers and TPAs.
• Client Retention and Contract Negotiations: manages RFIs, RFPs and benchmarking; negotiates SLAs and pricing.
• Project Management: coordinates internal resources, establishes live dates and scopes; negotiates project costs.
• Client Growth: identifies opportunities for organic growth and cross-sale of recordkeeping products; participates in RFP responses and sales processes.
