Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure delivery of our service strategy exceeds client expectations. This role is a remote position with nationwide coverage and travel up to 50%.

The CRM will lead a cross-functional service team, manage client retention and contract negotiations, and identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-sale of recordkeeping products. A strong investment background and FINRA licensing are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client service relationship management for defined contribution plans.
• State insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plans and solid investment background.
• Travel 35–50% of time; Locations nationwide.
• Industry certifications and FINRA 6/7 and 63 licensing required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client key stakeholders to develop trust-based relationships within client organizations.
• Lead cross-functional service team to execute against the plan and report on effectiveness based on metrics.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, and benchmarking exercises; negotiate contracts for existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities for organic growth and cross-sale of Voya recordkeeping products.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in the sales process for new 401(k) business.
