Job summary

Customer.io is expanding its sales team in the United States with mid‑market Account Executives. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting mid‑market accounts and leveraging MEDDPICC or similar frameworks to drive deals under $50k ACV. Expect collaborative cross‑functional engagement with SDR, Success and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales experience.
• Experience handling mid-market accounts.
• Located in UK, Ireland or the Americas (Americas includes USA).
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar framework for consultative selling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline development and management.
• Full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
• Discovery to understand customer needs and position solutions.
• Collaborate with SDR, Customer Success and Technical Support for smooth hand-off.
• Track and report on sales metrics and targets.
• High-volume prospecting and managing deals under $50,000 ACV.
