Job summary

Customer.io is expanding its sales team in the United States and seeking motivated Account Executives at the Mid-Market level. This full-cycle role involves prospecting, demos, and closing with a target of mid-market accounts.

You’ll work with SDRs for lead generation and collaborate with Customer Success post-sale. The compensation package includes a $95,000 base salary plus a $95,000 variable, totaling $190,000 OTE USD, with comprehensive benefits and remote-friendly policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, handling mid-market accounts.
• Experience with new customer acquisition and closing deals in B2B SaaS, preferably MarTech.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar consultative selling framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Engage in high-volume prospecting, cold and warm outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle for deals typically under $50,000 ACV.
• Drive growth within mid-sized clients by nurturing relationships and uncovering business needs.
