Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. This field-based role drives new business, expands the customer base, and strengthens relationships with florists, retailers, and designers across the territory.

You will partner with regional leaders to ensure smooth onboarding, timely first sales, and adoption of DVFG sales tools. Occasional travel and reporting via CRM are required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in business development or sales management.
• Experience in floral, horticulture, wholesale distribution, or B2B preferred.
• Ability to generate new business and build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Mid-Atlantic.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and first-sale execution.
• Present products and programs to customers and promote sales tools.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline.
