Job summary

The Macomb Group is seeking a Regional Division Sales Manager for Engineered Products based in the MidAtlantic region. The role focuses on leading strategy, supporting the PVF sales team, and maintaining key manufacturer relationships in a multi-state region.

Location is Harleysville, PA with Monday–Friday day shift. The position offers a competitive benefits package and significant travel within PA/NJ/DE to drive regional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years technical sales or sales support experience (Valve Automation or Steam Specialties preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (related field preferred).
• Skilled in presentation, organizational, and time management.
• Track record of exceeding corporate sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Eastern and Central PA, NJ and DE region.
• Valid Driver’s license and excellent DMV record.
• Must reside in Mid-Atlantic region with closest Valve Automation Branch in Harleysville, PA.

Responsibilities

• Direct line report to the Division Director and dotted line to regional management to support local business strategy.
• Collaborate with Division Director and Regional Manager to develop division strategy.
• Support General Line PVF Sales team in the designated region to drive Engineered Products sales.
• Maintain manufacturer rep relationships within their region.
• Collaborate with branch and sales management to develop strategy.
• Be primary contact for in-the-field technical and sales support in the region.
• Work jointly with General Line sales team or develop direct sales opportunities.
