Wild Tribute is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. This remote role covers NJ, PA, MD, and DE, focusing on growing wholesale accounts with gift and outdoor retailers and resort shops. Expect travel to trade shows and client sites to build partnerships and drive volume.

You’ll manage a dynamic territory, collaborating with designers on local graphics and using HubSpot/Badger for pipeline and order tracking. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in various channels.
• Must reside in NJ/PA/MD/DE and have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with CRM and productivity tools (Badger, HubSpot, MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Self-starter with ability to manage a territory with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to travel ~50% including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree substitution allowed.

Responsibilities

• Scout territory and pursue new wholesale accounts across gift and outdoor retailers.
• Build smart sales plans to turn opportunities into signed deals.
• Grow lasting partnerships and be the go-to contact for accounts.
• Represent Wild Tribute at trade shows and independently run regional booths.
• Track activity, opportunities, and accounts in CRM and sales tools.
• Collaborate with designers to shape on-trend, local graphics for programs.
• Deliver standout service and respond to client needs, including some weekends.
• Keep accounts healthy and manage overdue invoices when needed.
• Hit the road and travel ~50% of the time to start.
