Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Sample Preparation Sales Specialist to execute sales plans for electron microscopy sample preparation equipment.

You will manage a large territory, grow the funnel, and hit targets while maintaining relationships with customers and leveraging Salesforce.com for activity tracking. The role requires 2-5 years in capital sales, a microscopy background if possible, strong communication, and a willingness to travel 25-50% within AR, LA, NM, OK, TX.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in science or engineering required.
• 2-5 years of capital sales experience.
• Background in electron microscopy, light microscopy, sample preparation, and/or cryo sample preparation preferred.
• Candidates living near Dallas, Austin, or Houston will be favored.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual orders and sales goals for the territory.
• Grow opportunity funnel through sales prospecting.
• Identify and develop key accounts in the territory.
• Maintain sales activity through Salesforce.com.
• Participate in sales meetings, national and local trade shows.
• Conduct workshops, seminars or focus groups at local society meetings.
