Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sr Key Accounts Manager to lead sales and account management for Life Science Electron Microscopy across the territory and global accounts.

You will define account strategies, forecast bookings, and work with field service and engineers to close orders while traveling to customer sites and factories as needed. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a life science field and 8+ years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field required.
• 8+ years sales experience in high-value capital equipment or complex sales preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for customer interactions.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more to customer sites and factories.

Responsibilities

• Own all sales and account management responsibilities for specified Life Science Electron Microscopy products in the territory and global key accounts.
• Define and drive Account Strategy for assigned global key accounts and territory.
• Maintain quarterly booking forecasts and provide updates to management.
• Collaborate with field service, application engineers, and product marketing to close orders.
• Learn continuously due to rapid advancements in the field.
