Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a focus on Meta advertising and high-value lead generation.

You will lead bi-weekly client calls, monitor performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients. This hands-on role requires ownership of client results, strong communication, and the ability to drive retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to manage campaigns toward defined targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, priorities and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and bookings.
