Clients Blackbox, Inc. in the United States seeks a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, focusing on Meta campaigns, lead generation, and measurable performance.

You will lead bi-weekly calls, build reports, translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients, and collaborate with teams to ensure retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of accounts.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
