Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a paid media strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, optimize performance, and communicate results to clients.

You will collaborate on ads messaging and tracking, reporting, and automation to drive qualified appointments. You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client results, relationships, and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking and basic marketing automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly, Zapier, and lead-routing workflows.
