Boosta is seeking a Media Buying Team Lead (Meta Ads) for Inspirio, a project focused on rapid launch and scale of mobile apps. You will lead Meta Ads strategy, manage budgets, and drive profitability across iOS, Android and web landing pages with a strong emphasis on tracking and attribution.

The role demands hands-on Meta Ads expertise, team-building experience, and a data-driven mindset to expand acquisition funnels and creative testing in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience with 1+ year in a senior/leadership role.
• Experience building and leading a media buying team from scratch.
• Experience with budget allocation across GEOs, products and acquisition funnels.
• Proven track record of scaling ad budgets while maintaining profitability.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads setup, optimization and testing.
• Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and Meta infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Meta Ads acquisition strategy for mobile apps and web landing pages.
• Own Meta Ads budget planning and forecasting, including quarterly and monthly spend, revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead traffic volume, profitability and overall performance of the Meta Ads channel.
• Plan, launch, optimize and scale advertising campaigns.
• Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and data flow across Meta, apps, web pages and affiliates.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate hypotheses and tests for growth.
• Build a scalable creative marketing process with design collaboration for testing winning concepts.
