Huzzle is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The role requires strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking, and performance optimization to maximize ROAS.

The position offers fully remote engagement with international teams and tailored compensation, with ongoing support before and after placement.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets, analyze campaign performance, and drive ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop and execute paid social strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, build custom and lookalike audiences, and implement retargeting.
