Let's Roam is seeking a hands-on Meta Marketing Manager to own and scale paid social performance for ScavengerHunt.com and LetsRoam.com. This remote, independent contractor role covers strategy, creative production with AI, launch, testing, and profitability analysis.

You will manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, test AI-generated creative, and report metrics like ROAS, CAC, and Contribution Margin across both brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta performance marketing.
• Proven success scaling B2C/DTC ecommerce campaigns.
• Experience with low-AOV experiences or tours is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Meta automation and bidding.
• Hands-on experience with Conversions API and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Meta strategy, execution, and optimization across two brands.
• Develop profitable evergreen, promotional, and seasonal campaigns.
• Own campaign structure, budgets, bidding, targeting, and scaling decisions.
• Monitor performance daily and scale or pause campaigns based on profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, geographies, and occasions.
• Develop testing roadmaps for campaigns, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Diagnose performance across creative, structure, offer, and landing page.
